Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Memora website and the products you order from it. Memora is operated by Memora (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

Memora prints your photo, frames it and can add a small QR code that opens a page with an original song, a video, a voice recording or a written message. Without a QR, you receive only the framed photo.

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

2. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.

Each frame is made to order. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot fulfill it, for example if the photo is unusable or the content breaks these terms.

3. Songs created with AI

Songs are created with artificial intelligence: lyrics are written from the story you provide and the music and vocals are generated by a third-party AI music service.

Before paying you can read the full lyrics and hear a 30-second preview. The full song is produced after payment with the same lyrics, style and voice, but it is a new recording, so the melody and performance may differ from the preview. We cannot guarantee a specific melody, voice or result, or that a song will be unlike any other song.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to play, download and share your song with family and friends for non-commercial purposes. You may not sell it, use it in advertising or register it with music distribution or rights-collection services.

4. Your photos, videos, recordings and messages

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. You confirm that you have the right to use it, including the permission of the people who appear in it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

You give us permission to store, process, print and display your content only to make your order, operate your QR page and provide support.

  • Do not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or violent, or that involves minors in any inappropriate way.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, such as copyrighted songs or films.
  • We may refuse to print, or remove, content that breaks these rules, and cancel the related order.

5. QR pages

Your QR page can be opened by anyone who scans the code or has the link. Links are long and random, but they are not password-protected, so do not include information you want to keep private. Once your order is paid, the page also shows your photo.

We intend to keep QR pages online for as long as Memora operates. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice by email and a way to download your content.

6. Unfinished designs

Designs that are not ordered are saved for 30 days after your last change and then deleted, together with their photos, recordings and song previews. If you leave your email, we may send you up to three reminders about an unfinished design; each one includes a link to unsubscribe.

7. Cancellations, returns and replacements

See our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where the company is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
