Shipping Policy

Production time

We print, assemble and pack your order in 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). When it ships, we email you the tracking number, and you can also see it in your account.

Shipping options and costs

You choose the option at checkout, where you'll see the cost and the estimated delivery date before you pay. Delivery times are USPS estimates, not guarantees.

• Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $5.95. 2–5 business days in transit, about 4–8 business days from order to door.
• Priority shipping (USPS Priority Mail): $12.95. 2–3 business days in transit, about 4–6 business days from order to door.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses can take 5 to 10 extra business days. We don't ship to U.S. territories or outside the United States yet.

Delays and the holiday season

If we can't ship your order within the production time above, we'll email you with a new date and you can cancel for a full refund. From mid-November through December, USPS can take longer than usual, so order early for holiday gifts.

Address changes

Please double-check the address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 24 hours of ordering and before it ships. If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address, for the cost of shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we'll reprint and resend it at no cost, or refund it. See our Returns & Refund Policy for how to report it.
