Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Memora collects when you use Memora, how we use it and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
1. What we collect
- Contact details: your email address and, at checkout, your name, phone number and shipping address.
- What you create: your photo, how you crop it, and what the QR plays: the story and details you write for a song, the lyrics and audio we generate, videos and voice recordings you upload or record, and written messages.
- Order details: frame, size, price, order status, shipping and tracking information.
- Technical data: your IP address (used to prevent abuse of song generation), and the language you choose.
- Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number.
2. How we use it
- To create, print, frame and ship your order.
- To generate your song and host your QR page.
- To send emails about your order: confirmation, shipping and, if you save a design or leave it unfinished, a link to continue and up to three reminders.
- To let you sign in and see your orders.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Memora, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Supabase: database and file storage for orders, photos and recordings.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Anthropic: writing song lyrics from the story you provide.
- ElevenLabs: generating the music and vocals from those lyrics.
- Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx): your name and shipping address.
4. What is public
Your QR page (song, video, recording or message, plus the names you entered) can be seen by anyone who scans the QR or has the link. Once your order is paid, the page also shows your photo. Links are random and are not listed or indexed by search engines.
5. How long we keep it
- Unfinished designs are deleted 30 days after the last change, with their photos and recordings.
- For paid orders, we keep your photo and the content of your QR so your page keeps working and so we can reprint if something goes wrong. Song versions and uploads you did not choose are deleted.
- Order and payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use only what the site needs to work: a cookie that remembers your language, sign-in cookies for your account, and your browser's storage to keep your design in progress on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to take down a QR page, by writing to by.memora2026@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from reminders with the link in each email. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which we honor; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Security
Photos are stored privately and shown through temporary links. Access to orders is limited to you (by email sign-in) and to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
Memora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the new version here. Questions: by.memora2026@gmail.com.
